Pricing questions
Is there really no credit card for the trial?
Correct. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and we never ask for a card up front. You put in a card only if you decide to keep going after the 14 days are up. If you do nothing, the trial simply ends — nothing gets charged.
Do I have to sign a contract?
No. Monthly plans are month-to-month: cancel any time from inside the app, with no contract, no multi-year lock-in and no cancellation fees. If a slow season hits and you want to pause, you just turn it off. Prefer to pay once a year? Yearly billing is optional and saves you money — see the annual plan question below.
Why is there no per-seat minimum?
Because most of the market is solo 1099 reps and small crews, not 200-seat enterprises. Seat-minimum pricing forces a solo rep to pay for ten empty chairs. FieldStacker lets one rep pay for exactly one rep, and a manager add seats only when real people fill them.
What does the Team Pro bundle include?
Team Pro is one $250/mo subscription that carries the Team tools plus 15 seats (16 people in all, $15.63 each). Those seats do not each carry their own subscription — they mirror the manager account, so when the manager is active every seat is active, and you assign each seat to a rep on your crew as you staff up.

FieldStacker asks ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude 10 questions your customers ask, such as "Who is the best home security company in Denver?", and shows whether they name your business, where they rank you, what they say about you and who they name instead, with a score you can track month to month. It works with any website, hosted with us or not. Weekly tracking with your competitors side by side is a $20/mo add-on. The free trial includes one free check of 5 questions.
